Diane Jurgens Named Managing Director of Shanghai OnStar

January 13, 2012, Shanghai — Shanghai OnStar Telematics announced that Ms. Diane Jurgens succeeded Mr. Jon Hyde as Managing Director of the company on January 1, 2012.

Previously, Diane Jurgens served as VP & CIO of International Operations of General Motors. Since joining General Motors in 1998, Ms. Jurgens held roles including Director of Global Product Development Information Systems & Services, CIO of the GM China Group, and CIO of Asia Pacific. Prior to joining GM, she worked at the Boeing Company.

Diane Jurgens has a strong technology background and rich international operations experience, including six years working and living in China.

Diane graduated with honors from the University of Washington with a bachelor's and a master's degree in electrical engineering. She earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in international business from Seattle University.
